Tips

If you’re having trouble falling asleep, try keeping the volume low and focusing on slow, steady breathing. Inhale gently through your nose, then softly exhale through your mouth. Once you feel your mind begin to relax, let the music carry you. Gradually, you’ll drift into a deeper, more restful sleep.
